Coconut-Carrot Sombel

No Cooking!!!

This recipe is simple and safe for all those that want to try making something in the kitchen and not

burning anything! It is also a vegetarian meal that will make you smile. Very healthy!!!!

Ingredients:
Carrots - 4 average carrots
Coconut - 1/2- 1 full cup
Red onion - 1/2 onion
Garlic - 4 cloves or more if desired
Chile - 1 Green chile chopped
Crushed red Chile - 1 teaspoon
1/2 Lime squeezed
Salt - teaspoon


Process:
Grate the carrots and put them in the bowl. If using dried crushed coconut, place in warm water for about 30 seconds and remove from water. Place in the bowl with the carrots.
Add all other ingredients
Mix and you now have a wonderful appetizer or some may want it for their meal... SvA.
